Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our Services

Massage Seek provides a booking and purchase service (the “Services”). The Services allow you to purchase and book a variety of massage treatments (“Massage Treatments”) performed by independent, self-employed professional massage therapists (“Independent Therapists”) or third party massage partner (“Massage Partners”). In providing the Services, Massage Seek acts as the agent for the Independent Therapists and Massags Partners. Massage Seek has no responsibility for any Massage Treatments which you book through us: we are simply involved with the booking and supply of Independent Therapists and Massage partners for your service. As part of our Services conditions, we can provide additional support, including assistance with customer service issues

within our capacity as agent for the Independent Therapists.

Reenforcing the above statement, the purchase of the Massage Treatment service is entirely between you and the Independent Therapist and Massage Partners, who will be legally responsible for providing the Massage Treatment. However, Massage Seek remains responsible in obligations to you in accordance with Our Terms. Payment Services

Massage Seek is the acting agent who makes bookings on behalf of our Independent Therapists. Once your booking is been received and confirmed, we, Massage Seek will send out a confirmation to you via text, phone call or email.

By confirming a booking with us, you as the customer are responsible for:

Making full payment of the massage treatment
Ensuring that your Independent Therapist or assigned Massage Partner has access to the location of your booking ie. Home, Hotel etc.

- Ensuring the safety of the Independent Therapists or Massage Partners that have been assigned on to you, on the located where your service has been booked for.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 15 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
