The Answers You Need
HOW TO MAKE A BOOKING?
Making a booking by choosing your massage type, date & time and massage duration - all in just a few clicks via our online booking form or live chat. You can also contact us via call, text and social apps such as WhatsApp, WeChat and Line. Bookings require 1-hour notice in advance, however, we will try our best to accommodate your requests. Our therapists will arrive within 45 minutes after the booking confirmation.
BOOKING
AMENDMENT ?
You may amend the details of the booking . Please note that amendment must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations upon our therapist's arrival will incur a HK$200 cancellation fee, to be paid by the client. Please call us at least 2 hours in advance prior to your scheduled booking if you wish to cancel your appointment at no cost.
WHEN CAN'T I HAVE A MASSAGE?
When you are suffering from infectious diseases, or are running a fever or have certain circulatory conditions. In addition, areas affected with phlebitis, rashes, inflammation, infected injuries or unhealed wounds, cannot be massaged. As far as those suffering from cancer, there are really wonderful benefits to having massage therapy, as long as your doctor is consulted during each phase of treatment, regardless of prognosis. This is also the general rule for anyone with chronic illness under a physicians care.
HOW SHOULD I DRESS ?
You should undress to your level of comfort or be clothed if you wish. For a full body massage, most get completely undressed. However, you are welcome to leave your underwear on if it'll make you more comfortable during the session . Our therapist will work around the clothes you left on as best as he/she can. They are also trained to cover your body professionally with towels to ensure your privacy.
